not working

I purchased, tested, unloaded, and reloaded, but it doesn't work. I have the latest update, and I have had players and myself try it; it says Heavies are coming, but they never show up.

ok good . quick 2 things . when you say . "its says heavies are coming " you do mean the toast popup stating event is active correct?

and 2  . and can you confirm that you saw this pop up after the button press ?

im loading into my server now to make video for you where you can tell me what you do different . 

so when i say at end of vid ." already broke plugin " i ment a new tester thats coming . not heavy rig ..

can you also tell me if you using oxide or carbon

I am using Oxide and yes Toastie comes up

did you hack the main crate as in video or did you just press the button?

at at any point from button press to you hacking the main crate is there any console errors or messages 

no errors .i wish i had not purchase and would like a refund at this point

make video of exactly what you do to show me it is not working and please answer my questions . still waiting you to confirm main crate being hacked after toast popup to start the event ... bc if no heavys comes when hacking main crate that means oilrig dont work in your server . and not the plugin

do you use a custom map

and do oilrig hack normal work without the plugin .(heavies comming as normal) and if so . then i need the video , and if not then there is not anything i can do as your server is not correct

Changed Status from Pending to No Response

due to no response and unwillingness to provide info im asking for ,im turning off this ticket 

CLOSE IT BECAUSE i TOLD YOU IT WORKS THEN IT RESETS THE JSON..i cannot video it resetting the json there is no error in logs if you cannot help I will go forward.

only time config override will happen is on there is no config or config is corrupted or broken . 

so is that message in console ?

because i just change default in stead of 10 drop chance to 11 . saved it upload plugin and did event . when i was done . config did not reset and then i reloaded plugin and still didnot change
