With the latest version, I'm getting errors occasionally

I'm not sure what the players are doing exactly when the errors happen. Looks like dying in a monument that is locked to them:

are you able to help me troubleshoot this?  I'm around most of the weekend.  unohuim. is my discord.

I didn't see the errors anymore in the rcon console last night. I went ahead and uploaded the patch. So far so good. No errors yet. 

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

Changed Fixed In to 1.9.2
