Getting this console spam from Heli not sure if plugin related

Getting crazy console spam from the Heli and red error txt on screen. HeliSignals is only plugin we use for Helis. When I went on the server I found a Heli under the map but getting rid of it did not remove console spam. - see screenshots

UPDATE: Player said her husband tried killing patrol heli then ended up with this spam and red error on their screen:

Thank you. Sorry my hubby apparently broke the game trying to kill the patrol heli. The patrol heli just fell through the map when we were fighting it then we got the red error txt

Yes, this error happens when the heli glitches under the map. Do you have the heli movement speed increased a lot?

Usually killing the heli or reloading the plugin stops the spam.

Did this happen again or a one off?

Only happened once. Have yet to see this bug happen again.

OK, maybe just a one off, do you have the heli speed quite high? Custom map?

We always use Custom Maps usually by Gruber or other well known map makers. Different every wipe. Heli Speed is "Initial Helicopter speed until it arrives at location": 75.0,
        "Helicopter max speed (Default = 42)": 42.0,

I have seen this issue happen when heli speed is very fast, or custom maps where there may be errors in terrain, water level etc. Even on maps from well known map makers in the community. Hopefully it was just a one off glitch and might not be related to that. Let me know if it happens again, thanks.
