All vendor blocked

Installed plugin, want to just block air wolf, want to keep horse and boat enabled. When we have this plugin enabled on the server, all vendors are blocked.

It works but blocks all vendors not just vehicle vendors

I wanted to only block the Airwolf vendor but this also blocked all the bandit camp weapon vendors etc
