Shop Deletes commands list after restart

Unfortunately, the commands list automatically deletes the products in it every time the server is restarted, that shouldn't happen! I now have to renew the list for the third time because everything has disappeared!

Has anyone figured out a fix for this? The commands list on my server have been wiped randomly after server restarts for the past month and a bit now.
