JetEvent is it automatic?

I correctly installed Jet Event onto my server with Oxide. Without tweaking anything will that event kickoff randomly throughout the servers wipe or do I need to change a setting in the JSON file. I am just trying to  see if I manually need to start the event each time or if its just plug and play with no further configuration.

Change these settings 

"Use Random Timer": false, To true

"Random Timer In Minutes": 60, How often

"Random Timer chance 1-100": Chance to trigger on howoften
