server doesnt want instal

hi i dowland the instaler and start it. when is done and i start the server it just start and start write i tried reinstal in and allways it do this can u please help

Hi! It looks like your server did not fully install. Please rerun the script one more time and be sure to let all of the files generate fully.

Solved - was an issue with Kaspersky AV interfering.
