I have a constant messge 

 

Waiting for RCON to come up

 

Any ideas how to fix this. Its only when I run a custom map. If I do a procedural map its fine. I appreciate any help as I have tried nearly everything and do not know where to turn or what to do at this point.

This typically means that you have a custom map problem. I would open up RustEdit and see where the problem lies.
