Upgrade Speed????

when i initially installed it to my server the buildings would upgrade fast however as oi recent i does 1 every few seconds. can i fix this?

you need to make sure the player has either vip or mvp permissions, that is how you speed up the upgrading etc. you can change the speeds in hich they upgrade by changing the following : 
 

    "Enable base wallpaper upgrade": {

      "Enable Use": true,

      "Default use frequency time in sec": 1.5,

      "Permissions use frequency time in sec": {

        "tcupgrades.vip": 1.0,

        "tcupgrades.mvp": 0.5

      }

    },

change "

"tcupgrades.vip": 1.0,

        "tcupgrades.mvp": 0.5"
to a lower interger to speed up the upgrading process etc. for me I set all of my  "tcupgrades.mvp": 0.5" to "0.01" for instant upgrading.
