pve warning image not showing

the PVE image that usually appears to the right of the screen is showing no image.

Not sure why , it shows the correct http address and the image if fine, just not in game

you have to have imagelibrary installed on the server then reload the SimplePVE plugin and then reload the ImageLibrary then wait and reload the SimplePVE, that should fix this issue
