You also need to replace the URLs for the permissions and groups that have already been created in *SERVER*\data\PermissionsStatus.
Alternatively, you can unload the PermissionsStatus plugin, delete the *SERVER*\data\PermissionsStatus\ folder and reload plugin, which will regenerate the settings for all permissions and groups.

le plugins : PermissionsStatus  je le trouve pas dans la liste des permission
