So I wrote you DM but here I found another thing with HARD LIMITED stacks.

I linked a TC Levels plugin which has option to upgrade the TC stacks and it's not working after I updated loottable today. So it's using a limits from Loottable only

UPD

I can not give myself 1k items via F1 if stacks are lower. ex. if I press 1000 bullets I get 128.....
