Raidable Bases update files don't include the latest .cs file

Whenever the Raidable Bases plugin is updated, I have to update the .cs file (installed into the "plugins" folder) from Codefling (the tier 1 version).  This file is not included in the tier 3 files for some reason, and the plugin won't work until I replace the old .cs file with the updated one.  Could you please include the updated .cs file along with the other files/folders un the updated file downloads so I won't have to get the tier 1 .cs file separately?
