Put a kit on the npc and a gun in hot bar they hold gun but do not shoot

only when assigning kits ?
and does it have bullets ? (loaded)

yes gun is loaded and yes only with kit

fixed it sorry.  So you must have ammo in kit to like up in inventory.

yeah i changed kits on my live server and it was needing a loaded gun.
