Damage multiplyer for MRLS damage

We use the SkillTree plugin which has a /strike skill that allows you to hit mrls rockets anywhere. It would be cool if we can reduce the damage from it for bosses so that the player doesn't abuse it against bosses.

I have a conversation going with both developers. Will come up with something and on our end it could end up in our notes for a future update depending on what they decide.
