I'm noticing the missile silo npcs are for some reason giving vanilla loot when the custom loot table is set. I'm also hearing other NPCs doing the same thing.

I will test this later today. Are you running any custom npc plugins like BetterNpc?

 The only plugins I have related to NPCs are NPCSpawn and ChaosNPC. I did disabled those and try to see if it made a difference and it did not.
