Redeeming kit plays a sound effect

Redeeming kit plays a sound effect, how do i turn this off?

My Kits plugin does not produce any sound effects. Are you sure you are using my plugin? If so, please record a video so I understand what sound effect you are talking about

It only seems to make the sound with your kits plugin installed, never done it before but has started doing it which is so strange. I’ll try and send a clip in
