Server not loading after adding plugin

We are using a 4netplayers server with Oxide. When we added the walking dead cs file to the folder server would not load fully./ No log file seemed to be generated. Please let me know if it will run under Oxide alone, or if it needs additional dependencies, or configs added to the cfg file

any errors shown ?

And yes this runs on oxide tto make sure to set any permissions for the triggers
