Help me to install

Hello, im having problems installing this monument. In the description says:

In the readme file there will be a link to the video, repeating which step by step you can install this bunker minimally harming the relief of your map and place it beautifully.

But i have downloaded and i dont find the readme file with de link. 

Please, can you send me this link?
