once loaded nothing smelts

I just bought this and installed but while in the config looking at it, people said they couldn't use there refineries and furnaces, no permission were given yet. So I tested this with permissions and still no one can use any furnaces or refineries.. Once I "o.unload" all furnaces and refineries worked again

Hey, are you using quicksmelt at same time? or any other plugin modifying oven rates?
