Noticed on server restart today quarries did not auto-start but pump jacks did.

They are no different from each other in the code. I believe the quarry was turned off before the restart. If there had been some mistake, the pump jacks would not have started either.
However, if the situation is constantly repeated, send me to discord a configuration of the personal quarries that do not start and describe in as much detail as possible the actions that need to be performed to provoke this bug.
