Bug with Backpacks

Hello, I have players that while running around with full Military Backpacks when they join event and then win or loose they respawn back and backpacks are gone. I have enabled True to give items back is there anything else that would affect this?

How are they keeping their backpacks when they join? The event strips their items and stores them until it finishes, then restores them after they have left.

Tested it on my server and it restores the backpacks with all of their content (custom or not).

They are not keeping when they join its after event ends from player winning or loosing they respond and loose what they had on them before they join. And thus is trusted players not Randoms complaing I have it on my server would be happy to allow ya to test on there. It may be issue resulting from another plugin but reached out as I am unsure how to determine that. I'm currently at work will be home 7:30am EST and would be glad to run some tests.

Best way to test would be to:

- Ensure you are on the latest version.
- Unload all other plugins except for Paintball
- Test (start event, join, leave event as its the same as being eliminated)
- If it works load 5 more plugins
- Test again

You will eventually find that when you load 5 plugins, it will stop working, and you know one of those 5 are causing the issue.

Sorry been working a lot just got message thank ya sir for the response if I do find the plugin that breaks Paintball is there any work around if said plugin needs to be kept as well?

Really depends what the problem is.

TY will get around to trying tonight after work and see what issue is 

same issue here for backpacks. players are losing their items after joining the paintball. but for survival arena, no issue at all

this is confirmed that items are gone when they bring it in the paintball event and not recovered after the event. Comparing it with survival arena code, there is not code in items restoration

Are you using EventHelper?

yes. I'm using EventHelper. fopr other plugins like scubadiving, hungergames, survival arena, no issue at all. only for Painball. haven't tried yet for skirmish

I was also still having same issue so disabled Paintball Plugin until I can find what other plugin is causing issue, just haven't had time to sort it all out yet.

So just to clarify:

- A player joins paintball - their items stripped.
- Player the game
- Player leaves the game and is returned to their previous location, all of their equipment is missing?

still no fix for this issue?

I'm still waiting for a response to my question from the 4th to clarify exactly what the issue is, because it's not happening to me.

same issue with other who purchased, from the one who created this support topic

- all items in belt and inventory gone intermittently when joining paintball
- eventhelper is working properly since other plugins like scuba diving, hunger games, survival arena etc. that are using the same concept and eventhelper works properly but for this paintball, the issue persists.

- all items not returning back to inventory once died, or no other player joins and the event didn't start and the player respawn back to last point before joining paintball
