Economics withdraw on purchase not working?

It appears that, after Saturday's patch, economics withdraw parameters aren't working anymore. Deposit still occurs, it is just withdraw that isn't doing anything anymore. Below is an example config - used to be able to purchase custom item, now it does nothing but stay on the dialogue page:
