spawn cooldown

Is there a way to limit the spawns for the vehicles? 

currently what I did was buy 1 heli

then buy another one right after, and it let me

default rust does not let you do that, it tells you the helipad space is full and to wait until its clear or wait 5 minutes

Humm ill look into adding a way to detect if something is in the way.

currently what I did to prevent abuse by other players is use the cooldown option in the converstation data file - made a base cooldown of 90 seconds after clicking the first chat line about purchasing a heli.

Changed Status from Pending to Closed
