1) This is a visual bug bug. You indicated that the player should get points for starting quarry, but in the chat they write to him about the start of hacking.
2) The player loses the points scored as soon as he leaves the zone. Also for the owner. As soon as he gets out, he will lose his status

so when the owner lose status, does owner still go onto a countdown? (seen below)

No. He loses his status as if his time is up and he will definitely get a cooldown
