Wont load

When I try to load this it generates a config file but i get 

ExType: UnauthorizedAccessException

Failed to initialize plugin 'IQReportSystem v2.18.77 (IOException" Permission Denied

and then it unloads the plugin.

This is an error on the side of your hosting, there is no access to read/write the file. 
Grant read and write permission, or contact the hosting, try restarting the server

On restart i no longer have that issue and it loads butttt

Check your configuration, it is clearly broken, which leads to an error.

Hey I just finally got it working. I did have to delete the config but it is odd because it was the unaltered one that it generated. Thank you for the help. I get that same exception error when first loading onto my other server as well. It also required a restart. No other plugins I have exhibit this behavior. Do you have any idea why that issue is isolated to only this plugin?

Yes, I have already discovered it. This is due to the fact that some hosting companies prohibit the use of System.IO (this is a dll) in plugins before restarting the server. I.e. the plugin needs to be installed and rebooted. I haven't actually encountered this and I think it's due to the peculiarities of some hosting services, it's not critical at all and I think I can fix it in the next plugin update.
