"ALL" commands without cupboard

can i make a cupboard not necessary to use the "ALL" commands? can't find any option in the config, maybe i went passed it

also for some reasons sometimes it doesnt let me remove all and says "you cannot remove this entity". i pasted a base, even auth in the cupboard, and doesnt let me remove all. the pasted base was also made and copied by myself. feels bad to have so many limitations being an admin, i can understand those limitations for the players, but i should be able to remove whatever, without the need of a cuboard or any other condition.

Unfortunately, not yet. But I'm working on it.

is it possible to disable everything related to the REMOVE functions, so i use this plugin along with RemoverTool? because the share commands and would cause conflict i think. one of the plugins would take over the commands /remove, /remove all... and i would like it to be RemoverTool. is this possible?
EDIT: i've deleted the REMOVE command in the config file, seems to be working.
