The tank will attack anyone other than the summoned player.
I think I was able to set it up until last month, but it seems like the setting has disappeared with this update.

Also, tank blast damage penetration, etc. are gone.
Is it possible to fix it?

It is still there in Profiles
"Lock for players Team"

 

tank downtime - idk what you mean by this option, same as "etc", what do you mean?

 

blast penetration was currently removed due to lag issues after forced wipe
