heli to turret

i've gotten reports that heli damages / attacks player buildings / turrets. any way to prevent it? 

the issue is some players are baiting it to grief other players' bases 

ps i tested and the heli missiles also damage the building 

It should only damage the building if the owner was the one being targeted.  So, baiting should not work.  Yes, the heli will otherwise damage buildings.
