Stalls server when placing ammo in vehicle

I spent all day trying to find the source of my Server Stalls, I asked a player exactly what he was doing when the stall occured a staff member.

He said placing ammo into a /attack helicopter. So this is the only plugin that adjusts any of that so I removed this plugin and I no longer gets any stalls. You should look into this asap.
