Ever since you added the new feature where if the transfer skill is not active it should wipe all players, it does not wipe all players.

 

This is 2nd month in a row players keep their skills

 

Can we please make it wipe 100% on next wipes?

I am having the same issue on my server. It has now been 2 wipes without the skills wiping either.
