just a question about the bags

before facepunch  started using backpacks when the jet npcs would die or despawn there backpack was large and you could notice them very easy but now it is a small brown bag is there any way to change the bags back if not possible its ok i was just wondering thanks for your time

No as the bags i believe no longer exist in rust.
