Exception in referencing economics plugin

In your config make sure the Server Rewards or Economy URL are not blacklisted by from whatever website you are pulling from example IMGUR constantly black lists Server IPs, you might be able to see them on your Computer but your Server may not be able to access the URLs or Images.
