Database Issue

MYSQL VERSION: 8.0.34

Collation: utf8 is unsupported and mysql is forcing it to use utf8mb3_general_ci.

Any chance you would be able to provide support for this or any recommendations.

XPerience should create the tables automatically in the format supported by oxide. Are you using Oxide or Carbon?
