Compability issues

Hi, I've used this plugin for a long time on my server when it used to run oxide, I've now made the move to Carbon, and the plugin has started acting up. It's compiling without any errors, and is executing commands, but not all the commands it should. 

Sometimes, it executes the command for the daily restart, ''restart 600'', sometimes not. 
I have a few events that are controlled by this plugin, Convoy, ArmoredTrain and a Player Bounty Event. Some of these events are started sometimes from the TimedCommands plugin, but it's very random. 

Could you maybe check if there's some compability issues with Carbon? It would be much appreciated, thanks!
