auto hide on event start

Hi Mevent

with the easter event starting i have found that when the panel is set to "UpperRight" it directly cover the easter event leaderboard.. i would imagine this would bee the same for the halloween event as it uses the same location for it leaderboard.. could you possibly add in some simple code to auto hide the cui panel on eventstart and unhide on eventend? 

i had my inhouse dev implement this on my server (carbon) buy using the OnHuntEventStart & OnHuntEventEnd hooks. Happy to pass along edited cs if it helps
