Not working on Carbon

Hi, I purchased the better backpack/sortify pkg, but can’t get it to work. My server is hosted by Shockbyte. I added all three plugin files, and can see them on the gui panel. But there are no backpacks or sorting feature. Not sure if there is something I need to activate to make them work? 
Please let me know if you need any more information.

Hi, I'm so sorry. I am completely new to owning/managing a game server. I hope you mean the entire boot log in console, cause that's what I'm putting below.

***UPDATE***

I got the plungins working! I didn't realize I had to give group permissions to use the plugin. doh!

Quick question though: Does the Better Backpack plugin GIVE you backpacks, or just make it possible to HAVE more than one backpack in inventory?  I can’t figure out how to get/make the different backpacks.

BTW, the sorting tool is awesome.

In the default configuration there are many different backpacks, you can look at them, and also at the very bottom there is a example backpack, you can copy any of them and paste them into the common list of backpacks, then modify the required fields. If I'm not mistaken, in the description I have described each of them, read it. Plugin configurations are json, so you need some understanding of their work, to make it easier to keep track of errors in the configuration - I advise you to download VSCode, it will clearly show where the error.
