How can I make this work with ServerRewards when players are offline? 

Also whats the best way to give items again if players are not online?

Server rewards doesnt support give all offline you may need to customize that if license allows it.

I use economics, i am able to deposit $ to all accounts upon completion.

I dont think there is a way to give offline players items, ill have to look on forums or something for that info.

skill tree is a good add on command since it allows you to run commands to give xp and sp to offline players, so that works well.
