yes, this is how it works now. facepunch changed them.

the marker name cannot be changed anymore. you must click the marker now.

the clipped text will be fixed in the next update.

facepunch is adding a label so that we can edit the "A Vending Machine" text once again!

I will push an update once they add this back, if needed
