    Hello is there a way that players can buy xp and or points from the score using scrap? I don't see this feature unless I am missing 

    something here. If there is a way please let me know in detail.

    There is no native way for players to buy xp or points. There are commands that you can add to shop plugins that would allow for that to happen such as givexp and givesp console commands. You would need to get a shop plugin for this though.
