PENALTY FOR PLAYER THAT LOG OFF MID-RAID

currently i have a timer in place of 20 minutes for ORP to enable to prevent people from logging off while being raided to receive ORP. I think a brilliant feature would be if damage is done (or raiding has begun) to the base and a player logs off the ORP will not enable at all with no timed delay. essentially a penalty to keep players from trying to exploit ORP.
