    CAN NOT GET SERVER TO LOAD , I AM NEW TO THIS AND HAVING ALOT OF TROUBLE FINDING AND SETTING UP A WELCOME MENU ON MY SERVER. ANY HELP WOULD GREATLY BE APRECIATED

    After you load the plugin file, it should work right away and you should be able to access welcome panel by typing /info command ingame, unless there something wrong with your oxide/carbon setup.
