Request for Additional Permission

I have a small request. Would it be possible to add another permission so that the "Group" button is only visible to users with the "gperms.group" permission?

I tried to split the permissions even further and decided to disable the checkboxes/buttons where needed.
I hope this fits your needs and you don't require that the group tab is completly invisible?
