Hotbars not saving and images not found

Pending 1.0.3

Hi,

My hotbars aren't saving properly. I can have a full hotbar, switch to another one then back to the first and either the order of items is messed up or it's stripped all but 1 item from the list. I've tried removing the config and data for it, but the same thing happens. Although at one point the data file appeared to be empty, but the hotbars were sort of working.

I'm also getting a list of images not found when restarting the plugin.

I've mostly managed to resolve the images issue by copying the files from the Rust directory to a path the server can see, then updating ImageLibrary's path setting.

Well, I got part of the way there. It seems the config JSON is being parsed in entry order, so the first entry is ending up in slot 0 even if it's listed as position 5. I partially worked around this by changing the ItemData class to put position first. This seems to have fixed about 75% of the items ending up in the wrong order. I can't seem to get it to work fully, nor to ignore empty slots and save items in the latter half of the bar and return them to their original slots.
