exit button has "you are hostile" warning over it

Whenever a player tries to click the exit button on the marketplace ui they are shown the "you are hostile" warning message and the button doesn't work. In order to exit they have to click slightly below the x. 

This is probably the same thing that XDStatistics just had to update for. It did the same thing. The changelog indicates "Changed the layer UI Overlay => OverlayNonScaled".
