All Ledgers and protection data files were erased after server restart

Hello,

Yesterday we had an incident that after the usual oxide update and scheduled server restart all ledgers and protected cupboards were reset. The plugin continued to work as usual but now with 0 scrap balance for all cupboards on the server.

We didn't do any wipes or any raid protection config changes, data files also were not touched manually at all.

Can you please advise any potential reasons why that might happen so we can try to avoid this in the future?

All other plugin data files were fine after the oxide update.

That's certainly very strange, especially if other data files were not changed, I'll take a look at what it could be

We had the same issue yesterday again. Happened after the oxide update and server restart.

Adding server logs. As you can see after the server restart it says "Loaded X new cupboards" the same as it was the first time...

yes I'm getting reports from players as well, saying that they loose all the protection after server restarts... so I'm guessing it's related to this as well, as I have not investigated yet.

Yes I have now confirmed the same issue, all balances are wiped out after server restart. Here some proof:

My Ledger files are all there, so that's good. However still the protection is gone. 😞

I have protected my base for 12+hrs with the balance of $ 599 as you can see by the ledger:

Hey @Mr01sam , any updates on this? My players are getting really frustrated using this plugin! I have to unload it for now and if it's not fixed I have to ask for my money back on this. Thanks!

@TheDoc My apologies, this did fall off my radar. I do have a version in the works to fix a separate issue, but it may very well fix this one too. I'll DM you to talk about it more if you're interested.

Hi @Mr01samcould we please keep all info related to the issue in this post instead of DM, if possible? Since @TheDocis not the only one experiencing this and it would be useful to see what's going on and how to fix this.
