WPVipRanks Changes not showing

So i dont like the look of panel 1, 2 and 3 but I like panel 4, 5 and 6. I have setup panel 4, 5 and 6 with the correct settings for what I am offering for each ranks. I am trying to setup to only view panel 4, 5 and 6. The issue I am having not sure what I may be doing wrong but I only want players to see panel 4, 5 and 6 but when i turn panel 1-3 to false then nothing works and I am only show a Blank page on the WelcomePanel for the Ranks Tab. No matter what I change if anything is changed to the config WPVipRanks it shows a blank page on the WelcomePanel under rank tab. I have provided the file I changed so you may be able to help figure where I am going wrong.  If i dont touch anything on the JSON file the original file works perfect and shows but as soon as I try and make it my own personalized Ranks it just shows a blank screen on WelcomePanel.

Essentially the only changes I have made are. I on panel 1-3 where it says Enabled I have changed them to false rather than true. Panel 4-6 I have only changed the text field to show proper perks that I inlcude with each Rank and have left 4-6 Enabled true.

Resolved I Was doing it all wrong.

Changed Status from Pending to Not a Bug
