tooltips in french

how do i change them to english? my default language set in rust is English and it shows in French

Also when I am in the code, and change the quantity to x1 is always shows at 2x

How can I change the position of where the "new" star icon ? I want it to be in a different spot , and how do I make it show the quantity of the item they would get on top at all times? you can see what I mean in the images provided.

is there a way to add more than just 10 rewards? Like I want 15 or more?

I fixed the tooltips being in french, but I need help to change the "x2" to allow 1 to be shown. 

I fixed the tooltips being in french. I switched over to the custom rewards plugin, and add the VoteSystem plugin into the server, but for some reason when someone votes, it does not give them the point and it doesn't unlock the items in the /vote UI

I do not understand why it is not working? I have installed Votesystem and Custom rewards and it is not working. I can only get the old plugin called Vote rewards to work. Please help
