Mostly of the plugins I use they don't give you any message when they give you a reward

I might considered it to add it for later, but I think is related to avoid spam the user with too many messages. 

Players are still happy to see what is related to their interests. This is just my suggestion. You can set a choice for the server owner to decide whether to display the prompt.
