there is a crossway limit in the car addon plugin - you can't select a path with more than 2 crossways
i've shown crossways on your screenshot (red dots)
also your path goes through monuments, maybe a problem too

try to set destination point to mining outpost (2nd crossway on the screenshot) - should be working 100%
